GAME DAY: Hurricanes Look to Bounce Back Against Tigers
Lethbridge, AB – The Lethbridge Hurricanes welcome the Medicine Hat Tigers tonight at 7:00pm at the ENMAX Centre in the middle of three games this weekend.
The Hurricanes (3-5-1-0) dropped their third straight game last night with a 3-0 loss in Medicine Hat to the Tigers. Carl Tetachuk made 44-saves in the losing cause. It was the first time the ‘Canes were shutout since March 4, 2020 in Prince George. The Hurricanes enter tonight with a 2-2-0-0 record at home this season.
The Tigers (5-3-0-0) have won three of their last four games after the 3-0 win last night against the Hurricanes. Medicine Hat was led by Lukas Svejkovsky on Friday who scored twice while Corson Hopwo added the other goal; Garin Bjorklund made 22-saves for his first shutout of the season. The Tigers have posted a 2-2-0-0 record away from home this season.
