LTRA ‘Ride Into Christmas’: The Hurricanes will be attending the Lethbridge Therapeutic Riding Association’s “Ride Into Christmas” event on Sunday, December 9th from 4:00pm until 7:00pm. There will be free horse rides, a petting zoo, Christmas music and Santa will be in attendance. Admission is free, but donations are accepted.
Celebrity Dinner: On Saturday, January 19th the Hurricanes will be holding their 13th Annual Celebrity Dinner featuring special guest Bob McKenzie from TSN! The night will be hosted by Canadian comedian Kevin Stobo. The dinner will take place at the Sandman Signature Lodge, with cocktails beginning at 6:00pm. Tickets for the event can be purchased by calling 403-328-1986.
Toy Mountain: The Hurricanes will host KiSS 107.7 Night at their next home game on Wednesday, December 12th when they welcome the Kelowna Rockets. KiSS 107.7 will be on hand collecting toy donations for Toy Mountain. Fans are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy for donation.
2 for $35: The Hurricanes will be offering a ticket deal where you can get two tickets for $35 for the end of December games when the Hurricanes host the Victoria Royals (December 28th) and Medicine Hat Tigers (December 30th).
Book Your Christmas Party: Need an idea for your office, or family, Christmas party? Why not take in a Hurricanes game? The Hurricanes have two home games remaining before the Christmas break on Wednesday, December 12th and Saturday, December 15th. Friday, November 30th – 3-1 Win vs. Swift Current Broncos: The Hurricanes earned a 3-1 win over the Broncos on Teddy Bear Toss night. Justin Hall scored the Teddy goal while Zach Cox and Jake Elmer scored the others. Carl Tetachuk earned the victory with 25 saves.
Saturday, December 1st – 3-1 Win at Medicine Hat Tigers: The Hurricanes earned their second straight 3-1 win over the Medicine Hat Tigers at the Canalta Centre on Saturday. Jordy Bellerive and Dylan Cozens scored in the game while Jake Leschyshyn scored his first as a Hurricanes, which was the game winner.
Sunday, December 2nd – 5-4 OT Win vs. Red Deer Rebels: The Hurricanes swept their three-in-three weekend with a 5-4 overtime win against the Rebels at the ENMAX Centre. The win improved the ‘Canes record to 15-3-1-0 in their last 19 regular season games against Red Deer.

Wednesday, December 5th – at Kootenay Ice (7:00pm): The Hurricanes begin a three-game road trip on Wednesday when they visit the Kootenay Ice. It will be just the second meeting of the season between the Hurricanes and Ice.
Friday, December 7th – at Spokane Chiefs (8:00pm): The Hurricanes continue their three-game trip on Friday when they travel to the United States to face the Spokane Chiefs. It’s the only meeting of the season between the Hurricanes and the Chiefs. Lethbridge earned a win in their last visit to
Saturday, December 8th – at Tri-City Americans (8:00pm): The Hurricanes will wrap up their three-game road trip with a pit-stop in Kennewick to face the Tri-City Americans. It will also be the only meeting of the season against the Amerks. Lethbridge hasn’t won a game in Tri-City since 1999.

NEWS & NOTES
Invited: Hockey Canada announced on Monday their 34-man roster for the World Junior Selection Camp in Victoria next week and Hurricanes defenseman Calen Addison was named to the camp. He becomes the first Hurricane to be invited since Zach Boychuk in 2009.
Immediate Impact: After completing a blockbuster trade on Thursday with the Regina Pats, newcomers Jake Leschyshyn and Nick Henry suited up in all three games over the weekend for the Hurricanes helping them to a perfect 3-0-0-0 record. Leschyshyn had a goal and one assist in the two games while Henry potted two assists.
Final Stretch: Heading into their three-game trip, the Hurricanes have six games remaining before an 11 day Christmas break. The ‘Canes will play a total of 35 games after Christmas.
