rRABBIT PACES GIANTS TO GAME 2 WIN OVER COUGARS — Wacey Rabbit scored four times, including netting a first-period hat trick, as the Vancouver Giants skated to a 6-2 victory over the visiting Prince George Cougars in Game 2 of the Kal Tire Western Conference Championship series on Saturday, April 22nd.

rMario Bliznak scored a pair of goals for the Giants, who stretch their post-season win streak to six games, while Michal Repik chipped in four assists. Tyson Sexsmith made 18 saves to record the victory. With the win, the Giants take a 2-0 lead in the best-of-seven series.

rChris Durand and Greg Gardner scored for the Cougars, who were out-shot 30-20 in the contest, while Devin Setoguchi was held off the score sheet for the first time in the 2007 post-season.
