During last night’s conversation, Sourdif touched on some of the learning lessons from the 2019-20 season, his summer training and the excitement centered around the NHL Draft. In Segment 2, Dan O’Connor was joined by long-time Kelowna Rockets broadcaster Regan Bartel. Bartel touched on the aftershock of the Kelowna Rockets NOT getting a chance to host the 2020 Memorial Cup and what that may look like down the road in 2023. They also spoke about some of his early memories involving the Vancouver Giants and a memorable Rockets practice in Saskatchewan where he got to throw on the goalie pads and join the team for practice.
