PLAYOFF TICKET PACKAGE INFORMATION
For the sixth consecutive year the Spokane Chiefs have clinched a spot in the post-season and he Chiefs are giving Ticket Package Holders the first opportunity to purchase their seats in a special playoff package for all home playoff games. Spokane is guaranteed to play at least two games at home, with the possibility of playing up to 16. Click here for a price list for the 2012 WHL Playoffs.
The first round of the WHL Playoffs will begin Friday, March 23rd with the Chiefs game dates and opponent still to be determined. In order to purchase the playoff package, Ticket Package Holders regular season package must be paid in full.
To reserve seats for the 2012 Western Hockey League Playoffs, Ticket Package Holders are encouraged to fill out the order form and send it back to the Chiefs. Click here for a .pdf version of the order form. All Ticket Package Holders have also been mailed a letter and order form that they can either mail or fax back to the Chiefs’ office.
To purchase your playoff package, there are two payment options to choose from.
Option #1:
Use a valid credit card number with an expiration date later than June of 2012. You will receive tickets to seven potential home playoff games and your credit card will be charged for the number of games played at the conclusion of the Spokane Chiefs playoff run.
Option #2:
A deposit for seven home playoff games is due when you order your playoff package. If the Chiefs play more than seven home playoff games, you will be billed for any extra games. If the Chiefs play less than seven home playoff games, your balance will remain on your ticket account and be applied to your 2012-2013 ticket package. If you choose not to renew your ticket package, you will receive a refund by request.

Will the Never-A-Wasted Ticket Program be in effect for the playoffs?
Yes. Your playoff package tickets for the games we have played that you did not use can be exchanged. REGULAR SEASON TICKETS CAN NOT BE APPLIED TO THE PLAYOFFS.
What is the deadline for ordering my playoff ticket package to guarantee my seats?
We must receive your order form and payment for 7 games or a valid credit card number no later than Monday, March 12th, 2012.
When will the playoff ticket packages be available for pick up?
The playoff packages will be available for pick up in our office beginning Wednesday, March 14th, 2012.
