Digital Ticketing
Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena has employed mobile-only ticketing using self-scanning technology. Please ensure you have your digital ticket available prior to entering the building.
Spokane Arena Ticket Windows
The Spokane Chiefs ticket window at the SE corner of the arena will open at 10 AM on gamedays and will close roughly three hours before puck drop. The Spokane Arena Will Call windows near the Arena main entrance will be open 2.5 hours before puck drop for each game to answer questions.
Cashless Concessions
Purchases are now cashless and will be processed using a contactless point of sale system. Mobile ordering and grab-and-go options are available. Plexi-glass guards have been installed at all counters and individual containers will be used for the safety of our guests and employees.
Clear Bags Only
Guests may carry one clear plastic or vinyl bag no larger than 14″ x 14″ x 6″. One-gallon clear plastic zip-top bags or small clutch bags no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″ are also permitted. Backpacks and purses larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″ are not permitted. Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items or single compartment diaper bags (child must be present).
Parking
Full Season Ticket Holders will get the right to park at every Spokane Chiefs game for just $7 per game this season! Parking Passes will be sent to fans digitally, similar to game tickets, and will be scanned at the entrance to the parking lot. Fans will be able to transfer their parking pass to friends or family if they are unable to use it themselves. The passes are available to purchase throughout the season and will automatically pro-rate based on how many games remain.
Parking will be available for $10 on a limited basis on the day of games. Payment will be made at the attendant booth. First come – first served with credit card payment only. Not available for pre-purchase.
Sensory Kits
The Spokane Chiefs offer sensory kits at every home game to any fan who may need them. Check them in and out from Guest Services.
