Gameday Experience Team Overview
The Gameday Experience Team set the tone for a Spokane Chiefs game by providing exceptional external customer service to all Spokane Chiefs fans. The Gameday Experience Team will be assigned a variety of responsibilities that may vary from game-to-game or even within a game to meet the ticket and promotional needs of the team. These roles and responsibilities may include: keeping sections safe and clean, proactively greeting guests, taking tickets, assisting with family-friendly activities in the Kids Zone, helping guests find their seats, leading sections in cheers and more.
Team Store Cashier Overview
The Team Store Cashier set the tone for a Spokane Chiefs game by providing exceptional external customer service to all Spokane Chiefs fans and assisting guests with their purchases. The Team Store Cashier roles and responsibilities will include:
- Making sure the store is ready for all guests to enter to make purchases
- Assisting guests with their purchases, accurately inputting orders in the Point of Sale system and taking payment accordingly
- Helping fold, organize and put away any merchandise items
- Keeping the store clean and orderly — a place where fans want to enter
- Labeling and stocking merchandise as needed

Requirements for Every Spokane Chiefs Gameday Team Member
- Willingness to have fun and implement the Spokane Chiefs’ approach to customer service
- Availability for the majority of the 38 home games, especially the Friday and Saturday games
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and climb stairs
- Ability to lift 15-20 pounds unaided
- Access to reliable transportation
Compensation
- All positions will be paid at $15.74 per hour, unless noted otherwise

General Timing
- The fun starts promptly at 5:25 p.m. for Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday games, 4:25 p.m. for Saturday games and 3:25 p.m. for Sunday games
