Broncos Clinch Home Ice in First Round
Keegan Dansereau got the Broncos on the board in the first period, notching his 36th of the year. In the second period, Geordie Wudrick would extend his point streak to 12 straight games tallying his 34th of the season and Michael Stickland would score his 25th of the year and it was 3-0 Broncos after 40 minutes. In the final period, Brandon would get on the board with Cale Jeffries scoring. Taylor Vause would respond for Swift Current getting his 10th of the year. The Wheat Kings would get one late as Matt Calvert would score, however the Broncos held on to the win, picking up their first victory over the Wheat Kings this year.

With the win, the Broncos clinch 4th place and will have home ice advantage in the first round of the playoffs. The Broncos wrap up the regular season this wekkend with a home and home with Regina starting Friday in Swift Current.
