- What happens if I miss a game or am unable to make it?
- If you miss a game, you can redeem your unused tickets at one of two raincheck nights each season: Teddy Bear Toss or Fan Appreciation Night.
- If you know you won’t make a game in advance, you can transfer your tickets to another game yourself by using your online account manager.
- Are playoff tickets included?
- Yes, season ticket holders receive a playoff pass with your membership which includes all playoff games. This price is included in your season ticket membership and will not change whether the Blades play zero or 16 home playoff games.
- Do I have to pay all at once or can I pay monthly?
- You can choose! You can setup a monthly payment plan with a valid credit card or you can pay all at once for your membership.
- Are tickets printed or digital?
- You can choose. Printed tickets are available by request and require a printing & administration fee. Digital tickets save you money and can easily be transferred online to friends & family.
- What’s my Season Ticket Holder Discount and how do I access it?
- STH Discount is 25% discount at team store (non-sale items). You can access through the FEZ or Frozen Pond using the name associated with your season tickets are under when you arrive at the checkout counter.
- How often do we receive a review from the Owner/GM on the state of the team?
- The email will happen quarterly throughout the season. Normally there is one to start the year, one heading into December, one after trade deadline and one after the draft. Obviously, this timeline is not concrete, but that is the typical timing to touch on the milestone points in the season.
- The other review happens at the annual Season Ticket Holder BBQ and Hotstove where members of management and the coaching staff go over the season, what is upcoming, and answer some fan questions. This is held just before the Early Bird Deadline.
- Is there re-sale option available this year?
- No the ticket re-sale program isn’t an option at this time. Blades STH can exchange tickets for other games, should they not be able to make it.
