Blades announce 2023-24 regular season home schedule
SASKATOON, SK — The Saskatoon Blades are excited to release the highly-awaited 34-game home schedule for the 2023-24 regular season.
Blades Hockey returns to SaskTel Centre Sunday, Sept. 24th, when the Blue and Gold host the Prince Albert Raiders. In total, the two clubs meet ten times, each welcoming the other five times at home. Saskatoon dominated the season-series last year going 7-2-1-0 against their Highway 11 rival to the north.
The Bridge City Bunch are coming off one of the best seasons in franchise history, earning 101 points with 48-15-4-1, as well as a trip to the Eastern Conference Championship for the first time since 1994. It was the third-highest winning percentage in the club’s history, as well as the most points since the league switched to a 68-game schedule in the 2018-19 season. The team’s longest home-stretch is six games long beginning Jan. 27th vs the Raiders and concluding Feb. 6th vs the Lethbridge Hurricanes.
The day-by-day breakdown for home matchups is as follows: Monday (1), Tuesday (4), Wednesday (6), Thursday (0), Friday (9), Saturday (8), Sunday (6). Saskatoon will play in five back-to-back scenarios at home this season.
Home games Monday – Saturday will all begin at 7:00 p.m., with doors to SaskTel Centre opening one hour before puck drop. Sunday home games start at 4:00 p.m.

Saskatoon’s kicks their season off on the road Saturday, Sept. 23rd vs the Regina Pats.
The Blades play every other team in the East Division (Brandon Wheat Kings, Moose Jaw Warriors, Regina Pats) eight times, and four times against each Central Division (Calgary Hitmen, Edmonton Oil Kings, Lethbridge Hurricanes, Medicine Hat Tigers, Red Deer Rebels) club.
It’s the BC Division’s turn to visit the Paris of the Prairies, each club rolling through once during the regular season.
The Blue and Gold head south of the border for the first time since the 2018-19 campaign, playing each U.S. Division team once on the road during the final two weeks of November.
