Memories of three springs ago still bring a smile to Tri-City Americans captain Kruise Reddick’s face.
“I remember it like it was yesterday, for sure,” Reddick said.
It refers to the epic 2008 Western Conference finals between the Americans and the Spokane Chiefs — a series that saw five games go to overtime, including three that went to a second overtime, before the Chiefs won Game 7 at Toyota Center.

This year’s series opens with Games 1 and 2 on Saturday and Sunday at Spokane Arena.
