AMERICANS NAME SANDHU TEAM CAPTAIN
KENNEWICK, WA – Tri-City Governor/General Manager, Bob Tory, announced today that the team has named Tyler Sandhu as team captain.
Sandhu, a five year WHL veteran came to the Americans in a trade with the Red Deer Rebels in January of 2015, his second trade of the season.
“Tyler is highly respected by his teammates and has shown leadership on and off the ice in his time with our club,” stated Tory.
Sandhu will be joined by a strong group of players who will serve as assistant captains this season including:

- Dalton Yorke
- Jordan Topping
- Maxwell James
- Jeff Rayman
- Michael Rasmussen
- Juuso Välimäki
Coach Williamson said, “We feel our leadership will be a strength of our team and feel that Tyler will be a great captain for us.”
