Americans Go Mobile; Launch First-Ever Team Mobile App
KENNEWICK, WA – The Tri-City Americans, in conjunction with NewSport Media, announced today that they have launched an official mobile application for iPhone and Android devices. The free mobile app is available by searching “Tri-City Americans” in either the Android Marketplace or iTunes.
The Americans’ mobile app is a one-stop shop for Americans information on the go. The app feature set includes:
– Real-time news RSS feed
– Live scoring and data direct from the league database
– WHL standings and statistics
– Game schedule with detailed game summaries
– Archived roster and scoring data for the past 16 seasons
– Tie-ins to both the Americans’ official pages on Facebook and Twitter
– Listen to all radio broadcasts via UStream app
