Hockey Community Showing Support for #TeamDK
The CHL, QMJHL, along with the entire hockey community are showing their support for David “DK” Kelly currently undergoing a second round of surgical procedures for cancer.
Kelly has been the Head Equipment Manager for the Saint John Sea Dogs since 2005. He oversees all of the club’s equipment needs and is responsible for the running of the team’s home dressing room at Harbour Station. Kelly also served as Equipment Manager for Team QMJHL during the Canada Russia Series hosted by Saint John in 2008 and 2010, and captured a Mastercard Memorial Cup title with the Sea Dogs in 2011.
The widespread support has been evident by #TeamDK messages of support online and on Team QMJHL helmets during the 2016 CIBC Canada Russia Series.
