As we kick off the 2024 Memorial Cup presented by Dow, we would like to remind everyone about the new baggage policy in effect at all Memorial Cup venues, including the Dow Event Center, Fan Fest presented by UA 85 Local, Jolt Event Park, and Hockey Hall of Fame presented by Tri-Star Trust

We encourage guests not to bring bags. However, if necessary, the following bags are permitted:

• The Dow Event Center has a clear bag policy
• Small clutches no larger than 4.5 x 6.5 x 2 inches OR clear bags 12 x12 x 6 inches or smaller will only be permitted
• No bags, backpacks or purses, other than those required for medical or parenting needs, will be permitted into the venue. 

Exceptions may be made for diaper bags and medically necessary items, subject to a security search.

Please refrain from bringing bags that do not comply, as there is no on-site storage. Entry will be denied to those with unacceptable bags.

Cashless Venue

The Dow Event Center is cashless for all events. Only credit cards and debit cards will be accepted at all points of purchase, including parking. Cash can be turned in at the Box Office for a Mastercard gift card, which are available in $20 increments (Not applicable for Canadian Cash, only USD).

Extended Box Office hours are available at the Dow Event Center throughout the tournament.

Parking is available at the Dow Event Center Parking Garage in addition to surrounding lots at varying price points.

The UA Local 85 Fan Fest and Memorial Cup campus is a family-friendly, smoke-free environment with the exception of two designated smoking sessions.  The designated smoking sessions are located in the northwest corner of the Jolt Credit Union Event Park (look for signage) and west side of the Dow Event Center Atrium  (look for signage).
