QMJHL Roster Changes Announced for 2010 SUBWAY(r) Super Series
The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League in collaboration with the Canadian Hockey League today announced that Chicoutimi Saguenéens defenseman Éric Gélinas will suit up for game one of the Subway Super Series on Monday, November 8. Gélinas will replace Saint John Sea Dogs defenseman Simon Després who will miss the game due to injury.
In addition, Victoriaville Tigres forward Phillip Danault will replace Montreal Juniors forward Louis Leblanc who will miss the game after sustaining an injury this weekend.
Moreover, Quebec Remparts goaltender Louis Domingue was also added to the Subway Super Series squad.
“Louis’ play has been spectacular these past few weeks, and we feel that he deserves an opportunity to showcase his game at the Subway Super Series,” said head coach André Tourigny. “Louis will split time with Maxime Clermont in game two.”
