Young fan Ethan McBride designs Mason Vaccari’s mask for 2023-24

As a part of Mason’s Miracles, Frontenacs’ goaltender Mason Vaccari wanted fans to submit designs for his mask that he will wear for the 2023/24 OHL season. After weeks of design submissions from fans, followed by a week of voting from fans; we are happy to announce that 13-year-old Ethan McBride has won the contest that allows his design to be on Mason Vaccari’s mask for the 2023/24 OHL season.

Ethan has won two tickets to any Frontenacs’ home game of his choice just by being a finalist, but for winning the contest Ethan will also get the opportunity to meet Mason Vaccari after the game and see the mask that he designed up close and personal.

At the conclusion of the 2023/24 season, this mask will be autographed and auctioned off with all proceeds going to the Pediatric Wing in the Kingston Health Sciences Centre at Kingston General Hospital. To learn more about Mason’s Miracles, click HERE. To donate to Mason’s Miracles, click HERE.
