Tuesday Highlights: Rangers double-up Knights

– Reid Valade led the way with a career-high four points, scoring twice while adding two assists as the Rangers doubled up visiting London. Valade reached the 100-point mark on his OHL career.
– Joseph Serpa and Mike Petizian also scored for the Rangers, who won despite being outshot 39-19.
– Camaryn Baber and Liam Gilmartin scored London goals, with San Jose Sharks prospect Max McCue assisting on both.
– Pavel Cajan stood tall, making 37 saves for the win.
– London’s Brett Brochu left the game with an injury late in the first period and didn’t return. Rookie Owen Flores took over and stopped 10 of 12 shots.
– The Rangers beat the Knights in a third straight meeting, earning their third straight win to climb into seventh in the Western Conference with a 22-24-2-2 record.
– London has lost back-to-back, falling to 32-15-2-0 atop the Midwest Division.
