OHL News – Radio Edition with host Terry Doyle and presented by Bauer returns for the 2018-19 regular season bringing fans insight from feature guests as well as news and notes from around the league each and every week over the airwaves.
This week’s segment features fourth year veteran Joseph Garreffa of the Kitchener Rangers who is off to a great start to the season tied for the team lead in scoring with 13 points through nine games ahead of this weekend.
The 19-year-old Toronto native has developed into a versatile contributor for the blue shirts spending time on forward and on defence during his tenure on East Avenue. He’s also been extremely dependable having played in all 68 games in each of the last two seasons.
Garreffa chats with Doyle about the start of the new Rangers season, how his team and fellow leaders have adjusted to the roster turnover, the competitiveness of the Midwest Division, the successful simplicity to his game, his goals for the season, and some minor hockey memories.
