Wolves Host Generals and Bulldogs in Double-Header Action
The Sudbury Wolves will host the Oshawa Generals and Hamilton Bulldogs this weekend in double-head Wolves Hockey action! The Wolves will kick off the weekend on Friday when they host the Oshawa Generals before wrapping up the weekend on Saturday against the Eastern Conference leading Hamilton Bulldogs. Both games are set to start at 7:05pm.
The Oshawa Generals currently rank 6th in the Eastern Conference and are led up front by Boston Bruins prospect Jack Studnicka who has 54 points on the season. In net for the Generals, Boston Bruins prospect Kyle Keyser stands strong with a 3.21 GAA and 0.902 Save Percentage.

Wolves go right back to work Saturday when the Eastern Conference leading Hamilton Bulldogs arrive. The Bulldogs are led by 9 NHL draftees including 2017 first round St. Louis Blue prospect Robert Thomas. The Bulldogs are led upfront by Montreal Canadiens prospect Will Bitten who has 59 points through 53 games including 40 assists.
Saturday’s game is sponsored by ST. LOUIS BAR & GRILL. This game marks the 3rd annual Superhero game where the Wolves will wear special Superhero jerseys that will be auctioned off during the game with select jerseys available online for auction following the game at auction.chl.ca. Kids 12 and under who dress up as a superhero will receive admission for only $12 and will have the chance to win a great prize courtesy of St. Louis. Don’t forget to arrive early and visit the face painting in the upper lobby.

The Wolves will continue to be out in the community this week as they will visit Cyril Varney and Felix Ricard this week as part of the PaWES and Adopted School programs. The Wolves will be visiting the Real Canadian Superstore on Lasalle Blvd. Tuesday evening and will also participate in community skates on Monday as part of Family Day at the Sudbury Arena.
