Sudbury Wolves Head Coach Ken MacKenzie Steps Down
(Greater Sudbury, ON) – The Sudbury Wolves Hockey Club announce that Ken MacKenzie will be stepping down from his role as Head Coach.
Reflecting on this season with the team, Ken MacKenzie conveyed his sincere appreciation, remarking, “This year has been extraordinary, and I’m deeply grateful to the players and our entire coaching and training staff for their steady dedication day in and day out. I extend my sincere thanks to Dario and Rob for entrusting me with the privilege to coach this exceptional group. I owe a tremendous debt of gratitude to our incredible fans whose energy and passion electrified every game.”
Expanding on his sentiments, MacKenzie added, “I’m also extremely thankful to my wife and family for their unwavering support. Their encouragement and understanding have allowed me to do everything in my career. I look forward to cherishing more time with them.”
Ken Mackenzie’s dedication and service to the Sudbury Wolves has left an enduring mark on the organization, embodying its values both on and off the ice. General Manager, Rob Papineau, praised MacKenzie, stating, “Ken MacKenzie is a first-class individual and a true hockey man.
