Full Season Ticket Exchange

The Season ticket “2^nd chance exchange program” provides Full Season ticket holders the opportunity to exchange unused game tickets for other home games, ensuring no ticket goes to waste!

We would love to see you at every home game, but we understand things happen and sometimes games are missed. Full Season Ticket Members who miss a game may exchange those tickets to a select future game at no charge! Seats to the new game will be in a comparable area (subject to availability, restrictions apply).

• • To receive your new tickets, there are two convenient options: the tickets can be sent to your mobile phone or you can pick up your tickets at the WFCU Centre Box Office.
  • • If you select your tickets via mobile, you can download the tickets to your phone and show QR code at the door for scanning.
    • If you select your tickets via Will Call, your tickets will be ready for pick up on the day of the game 3 hours prior to puck drop. Tickets will be held under the name indicated on the exchange form.
• All exchanges must be executed via the Windsor Spitfires Season ticket “2^nd chance  exchange program online form. The ticket sales department will not be able to execute exchanges in person or over the phone. This process is done exclusively on-line. Before submitting your ticket exchange, please have the following information:

• Account Number/Parton ID
• Account Name
• Email address
• Old Game Missed
• New Game Desired
• Number of Tickets

If you would like to redeem tickets for another game (in addition to the game chosen above), please fill out a new form.

• The form must be completed 2 business days prior to redeemed game
• Tickets received via the Ticket Exchange are not eligible to be Exchanged for future games.
• The game you missed has to pass before you can exchange those tickets for a future game.
