Skate with the Spits Event Guidelines
Fans of all ages, holding a valid ticket for the day of the game, are welcome to join us on the ice post-game for a free skate. Select players of the Windsor Spitfires will be out to skate around and sign autographs shortly after the skate begins.
Skates, Helmets & Bags:
Those wishing to bring their skating equipment into the game MUST enter on the Community Rinks side and check their bags with area staff. Bags, skates and helmets are not permitted in the seating area and can only be brought into the WFCU Centre through the Community Rinks side.
Fans are also welcome to leave the items in their vehicles and can exit following the game, to re-enter on the Community Rinks Side to access the lower-level dressing rooms to get ready to go on the ice.
Entry, Access & Seating
Following the game, fans may exit towards the Community Rinks Side to access the lower level and pick up any bags that were checked.
Only fans with valid game tickets may enter the lower-level area and the ice for the Skate with the Spits.
Parents with children who are not skating may access the lower level to assist in preparing skates. However, upon heading up the ramp to the ice, fans who are not skating are asked to step into the stands at the bottom of Section 109 to ensure the area is clear for event staff.
