Rangers Student Rush Presented By Flair Airlines

This program is exclusively available to active students enrolled either full-time or part-time in a post-secondary institution. By submitting your contact information, you agree to receive communications from the Kitchener Rangers regarding the Student Rush Ticket Program. Additionally, you consent to the Kitchener Rangers using any photographs taken at the games for promotional purposes.

Please note Rangers Student Rush Tickets are made available to allow current Ontario post-secondary institution students to attend Rangers games. Student Rush tickets are not intended to be re-sold. To protect current and future Student Rush ticket customers, any Student Rush tickets identified on secondary ticket markets of any type will be immediately cancelled along with all other tickets purchased in that specific order. Student Rush tickets may not be used for any commercial or trade purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotions, contests, or sweepstakes, without the express written consent of the Kitchener Rangers.

* The following are the official rules for the Flair Airlines Ltd on-ice contest (the “Contest”). Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to Flair Airlines Ltd (“the Sponsor”).

To Enter: No purchase necessary. In order to enter the contest, the Participant must: (a) be a Canadian resident (b) be over 18 years of age. The contest is not open to residents of Quebec.

Contest Period: The contest will commence on October 3, 2025, and entries will end at 11:59pm MST on February 26, 2026.

Drawing & winner notification: Flair Airlines Ltd, in coordination with the Kitchener Rangers, will randomly select three (3) winners from all valid entries. The name and location of the winner may be shared on Flair social media accounts.

Eligibility: Contest is open to Canadian residents (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of 18 as of the first day of the month in which they have entered the Contest and who are not, employees or agents of the Sponsor or of its affiliates, parent, subsidiaries, or its service agencies or independent contractors or immediate family of or are residing in the same household as these employees.

Prize: The prize must be accepted as awarded. The prize may not be sold, transferred, and not convertible to cash or cheque. Prize winner is solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein. The winner will receive a roundtrip for two passengers (up to $3,000 value) for the winner only. Valid for one year (365 days) beginning on date of win. Taxes and fees and baggage (one big bundle per flight) is included with Flair Airlines Ltd., including the taxes and fees for flights anywhere Flair flies. The round trip itinerary cannot be split. The airfare cannot be applied to other bookings and is subject to availability. All expenses and travel incidentals are the responsibility of the Participant. Giveaway must be accepted as offered, as there will be no substitutions and no cash equivalent. Prize is non-transferrable, expiration date is non-negotiable and non-extendable. If the winner is unable to fly before the expiration date, the prize will be forfeited.

Odds: The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entrants. Selection will be random.

Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree to: a) these Flair Airlines Official Contest Rules and the decisions of Flair shall be final in all respects; and b) release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Flair Airlines Ltd. and other contest partners, and each of its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, administrators, employees, shareholders, agents and insurers, from any liability, claims, or damages, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever which they, their heirs, successors, assigns, executors, or administrators may now or hereafter have directly or indirectly against them or any of them in respect of or relating to the Contest and/or the acceptance or use, misuse, or possession of any prize; and c) comply with the Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use, and Tariff available on Flair’s website: www.flyflair.com. Should the terms of the Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use or the Tariff conflict with the terms of these Official Contest Rules, the Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use and Tariff shall in all cases prevail. By accepting a prize, winners agree to Flair’s and its designees’ use of their names, voice, declarations relating to the Contest, likeness, photograph, city, province or territory of residence for advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation. All entries become property of the Sponsor who assumes no responsibility for garbled, lost, late, delayed, destroyed or misdirected entries, mail, voice messages, e-mail or any computer errors or malfunctions.

Limitation of Liability: The Sponsor shall not be responsible for print or typographical errors in any related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible non purchase entries or, faulty electronic data transmission, equipment failure, or other failure occurring in connection with participation in this Contest; or for transactions that are posted late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify all or any part of the Contest if for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including fraud, technical failures or corruption, computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause beyond the control of the Sponsor which in its opinion affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest.

Privacy Policy: By entering the Contest, you consent to the Sponsor and its promotional agencies storing and using the personal information submitted through automatic entry for the purpose of administering the Contest in accordance with these Official Contest Rules and in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation.
