Rangers Stop Otters 8-4
Erie: The Kitchener Rangers continued their winning ways with their 20th win of the season in 24 games with a 8-4 win over the Erie Otters.
The Otters opened the scoring early in the first period only to see the Rangers answer back with 5 straight goals before the first period ended. Yannick Weber with his 13th of the year started the Rangers onslaught followed by Mike Duco , Brandon Mashinter, Nazem Kadri and Scott Timmins.
Justin Azevedo with his 16th of the season and Alex Dzielski with his 2nd scored in the second period.
Nazem Kadri with his 2nd of the game socred the Rangers lone marker in the 3rd period.
The Rangers fired 51 shots while Mavric Parks faced 23 shots for the Rangers.
The Kitchener Rangers return to The Aud on Tuesday to face the London Knights at 7:00 pm.
