RANGERS OUT LAST ATTACK IN SHOOTOUT WIN
Jordan DeKort made 31 saves and stopped all three attempts in a shootout to lead the Kitchener Rangers to a 2-1 win over the Owen Sound Attack on Saturday night. Ryan MacInnis scored in regulation for the Rangers, while Justin Bailey recorded the winner in the shootout.
Kyle Hope opened the scoring for the Attack, potting his 14th of the year midway through the first period. The overager chased a puck inside the Rangers’ blueline and lifted a shot high over the glove hand of Jordan DeKort, with an assist from Holden Cook.

The extra frame was scoreless, leaving the game to be decided in a shootout. The Attack out-fired Kitchener 4-3 in overtime.
