Rangers Fall 5-1 to Whalers
Myles McCauley had three goals that led the Plymouth Whalers to a 5-1 win over the Kitchener Rangers.
McCauley scored twice in the first period to put Plymouth up 2-0 after 20-minutes of play.
McCauley opened up second period scoring with a power play marker at the 8:34 mark to increase the Whalers lead 3-0. John Moore scored his third goal of the season on a Rangers power play at the 17:44 mark. Joe Gaynor gave Plymouth back their three goal lead with 7-seconds left in the second period.
AJ Jenks scored the lone goal of the third period at the 0:44 mark to close out the scoring in the game 5-1 for Plymouth.
