Rangers Authentics, the official retail outlet of the Kitchener Rangers, is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Associates to join our team this season.
Be a part of the Rangers’ game day experience in our in-arena store! Ideal candidates are organized, professional and dedicated to providing the best in customer service.
Duties:
• Assist customers with merchandise and apparel selections, including jersey customization
• Process sales transactions in an accurate and timely manner
• Help with the maintaining the appearance of Rangers Authentics by ensuring merchandise is properly displayed on floor and by cleaning workspace
Qualifications:
• Previous retail experience considered an asset
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast pace environment
• Must be available for game days, with additional shifts available on Thursday evenings and Saturdays
Requirements:
• Must have reliable transportation to get to the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium for games and events
• Must be able to maintain professionalism when working with and around athletes, coaching staff and management
• Must be willing to work hard, be on time and present him/herself professionally
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds and perform some manual labour, as it is an essential function of the position
