Rangers Announce DeBoer’s Departure

Steve Bienkowski, Chief Operating Officer of the Kitchener Rangers Hockey Club, announced this afternoon that Peter DeBoer, Head Coach and General Manager, will be leaving the organization to accept a head coaching position in the National Hockey League with the Florida Panthers.

Peter has guided the Rangers to two Ontario Hockey League Championships and a Memorial Cup Championship during his seven seasons in Kitchener.

Additional details will not be released until Monday, June 16th.
