Norm has been a proud Rangers season ticket holder since 1991 and has served on the Board of Directors since 2004. A dedicated supporter of the team and the community, Norm held the role of Team President and Chairman of the Board for three seasons from 2014 to 2017. Originally from North Bay, Norm moved to Waterloo Region in 1988 to attend the University of Waterloo, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1993. He is now Senior Vice President and Head of Life and Health Underwriting & Claims for Swiss Re Canada and was honoured with induction into the Association of Home Office Underwriters’ Hall of Fame in 2019.
Norm lives in Waterloo with his wife, Heather, and remains dedicated to guiding the Rangers’ success on and off the ice through his ongoing work on the Board.
