KSA Recognizes Kitchener Rangers Volunteer Craig Campbell
The Kitchener Sports Association held their 22nd Annual Volunteer Recognition Dinner on Tuesday, November 23, 2010.
This annual celebration allows local minor sports organizations to have one of their key volunteers recognized. This year Craig Campbell was honoured for his volunteer work with the Kitchener Rangers.
Craig grew up watching the Kitchener Rangers – often from the press box with his Dad, and has himself been a season ticket holder for over 20 years. Craig is in his 4th year on the Rangers Executive Committee and 8th year on the Rangers Board of Directors.
President of the Board of Directors for the Rangers, Michael Lannan had this to say, “The Kitchener Rangers are very fortunate to have a very dedicated and committed staff, Board of Directors and volunteer base. Craig Campbell has shown outstanding commitment, dedication and vision in his roles with the hockey club.”
Craig continues to bring innovative ideas and excitement to the Rangers community. It is because of volunteers such as Craig that the club continues to grow and prosper within Waterloo Region.
Craig also takes an active role in a number of local minor sports organizations and is a volunteer at the Food Bank of Waterloo Region.
