Join Our Team: Rangers Volunteer and Internship Positions Available
We have the following volunteer and internship opportunities available for the 2021-22 Season:
Digital Media Intern –
The Kitchener Rangers Hockey Club is pleased to offer an internship in Digital Media for the 2021-2022 regular season.
The intern will assist with our social media channels, content generation, and execution of our overall digital strategy. The role will be primarily based on game days at Kitchener Memorial Auditorium, with additional work potentially done remotely.
TERM: SEPTEMBER 2021-APRIL 2022 (with possible extension for playoffs)
COMMITMENT: 10-15 HOURS WEEKLY, WORK AT THE KITCHENER MEMORIAL AUDITORIUM WITH SOME REMOTE WORK AS NEEDED
Game Operations Intern –
The candidate will assist with our game day preparations, partnership fulfilment, scripting, show planning and overall game-day execution. The role will be primarily based on game days at Kitchener Memorial Auditorium, with additional work potentially done remotely.
TERM: SEPTEMBER 2021-APRIL 2022 (with possible extension for playoffs)
COMMITMENT: 10-15 HOURS WEEKLY, WORK AT THE KITCHENER MEMORIAL AUDITORIUM WITH SOME REMOTE WORK AS NEEDED
Game Crew Volunteer –
The Kitchener Rangers Hockey Club is pleased to offer Game Crew volunteer positions for the 2021-2022 regular season. The team plays all home games out of the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium in Kitchener, Ontario. Exhibition games will begin on Friday, September 17, with the first regular-season game taking place on Friday, October 8.
The Game Crew volunteers will work closely with our Game Operations team assisting with our game-day execution. The role will be based on game days at Kitchener Memorial Auditorium.
TERM: SEPTEMBER 2021-APRIL 2022 (with possible extension for playoffs)
COMMITMENT: ALL HOME GAMES (CANDIDATES MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR 80% OF GAMES DURING THE 2021-2022 SEASON) AT THE KITCHENER MEMORIAL AUDITORIUM
