Risk Acknowledgement
As a bearer of tickets to each game you acknowledge the risks incidental to any game, whether occurring before, after or during the event itself.
Behaviour and Etiquette at Games
It is your responsibility as a season ticket member to enjoy the game in a respectable manner for yourself and those around you.
The goal of the London Knights Hockey Club is to provide a safe, comfortable and family-friendly atmosphere for all.
As a courtesy to other fans, please wait for a stoppage in play to leave or return to your seat.
Additionally, please be aware and courteous to those around you, with regards to personal space (including kicking seats in front of you) and language or conversations which others may find offensive.
The following behaviours will not be tolerated, and may cause ejection from the game, and loss of season tickets.
- Behaviour which is deemed to be offensive, unruly, or hostile
- Language or gestures which are abusive or inappropriate for a family friendly event
- Causing property damage
- Appearance of intoxication, or providing alcohol to minors
- Interruptions or interference with the game
If it is deemed you, or your guest(s) are causing interruptions as listed above during a game, you may be subject to removal from that game, and will not receive compensation for any portion of the event which is missed.
If behaviours are ongoing, it may cause your season tickets to be revoked by the London Knights at the discretion of staff.
Please note the same rules (as above) will apply for anyone using tickets listed under your name. You will be responsible and contacted should there be any ongoing issues.
OHL Code of Conduct
Fan Safety
Please remember that a puck travels at high speeds and occasionally leaves the playing surface. Protective netting has been placed at both ends of the ice to increase safety, but please give your full attention to the game at all times. In case of hat-trick or Teddy Bear Toss, watch for flying objects.
Security Measures – Metal Detectors
For your safety and the safety all those who enter Budweiser Gardens, you will be required to enter through a metal detector.
Personal Belongings
Express lanes are now available for those without bags (purses, backpacks). We encourage you to not bring larger purses to make use of the express lanes. If you bring larger bags, you will need to enter through one of the designated lines at gates 1, 4, 5.
London Knights are not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.
All fans entering events are subject to searches of any personal item brought into the arena. Items which are deemed dangerous or not authorized to enter the venue will be confiscated.
Season Ticket Ownership
A season ticket account can only be listed in one company, person, or couple’s name. Only one set of contact information (phone number and email address) can be listed on the account. If it is a corporate account, one point of contact must be provided for the account. This information will be the primary person(s) contact information to which all communication will be directed. One (1) additional person can be listed as a secondary, authorized to make payments, pick up tickets, and request reprints, however this person has no rights to the account, and cannot make any changes.
Please note that we only allow for changes of the primary contact for season tickets to an immediate family member.
Season Ticket Transfers
Season tickets can only be transferred into the name of an immediate family member. To complete this transaction, both parties must be present with photo id, and complete a transfer form. Tickets cannot be transferred to other family members or friends.
Season Ticket Term
Season Ticket member agreement will commence once a deposit is placed on your account.
Season tickets include, and are purchased solely for the 34 regular season games, and any exhibition games played at Budweiser Gardens. It does not include any additional events hosted by the CHL (Memorial Cup, Canada/Russia Series, Top Prospects Game). These additional events may be offered for purchase separately, however would not guarantee your seating location.
Season Ticket Renewal Policy
As a season ticket member you receive first right of refusal to renew your current seats for subsequent seasons. Payment deadlines will be provided at the beginning of the renewal process, and we will make reasonable attempts to contact all members prior to these deadlines. Exact deadline dates will be provided at a later date and time. Late payments will be subject to a late fee of $10.00 per ticket, per week. It is the responsibility of the season ticket member to ensure all contact information is up to date.
As in past seasons, to secure early bird pricing, a deposit of $100.00 per seat will be due in May, and full payment in June.
Beginning with the 2025-26 season, if you do not contact us to cancel your tickets, and payment is not received by the final renewal deadline, the card on file will be charged the full amount of your season ticket renewal.
Tickets are non-refundable. Game date, time and team are subject to change without notice.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All ticket payments including deposits are non-refundable. Once payment has been placed on your account, no refunds will be issued.
Replacement Tickets
If tickets for an individual game are ruined, lost or stolen, only the season ticket holder with proper ID will be allowed to reprint the ticket. If you are not present at the game, your guest will need to contact you to authorize the reprint.
Alternatively, we can be contacted in advance to issue a reprint, and leave the tickets for pick up at the box office. All replacement tickets are subject to a $2.00 per ticket fee. Once a ticket is reprinted, the original barcode is voided.
If both the original and replacement tickets show up at the game, the replacement ticket will be deemed as the valid ticket for that game.
Box Office Ticket Drop Off
Tickets can be dropped off for other fans to pick up at a game. Please ensure the tickets are placed in an envelope with the pick up name, and game date clearly marked. Additionally, please let the person picking up the tickets know that they must show photo id in order to pick up the tickets from the box office. Tickets can be dropped off at the McDonald’s Box Office, located inside the Armoury during regular business hours, or beginning 2 hours prior to each home game at the gate 1 box office.
Reselling of Tickets
Tickets cannot be resold, except for through the provided and authorized return program through the London Knights.
Commercial Use of Tickets
Tickets cannot be used for commercial purposes, including giveaways and social media contests to promote businesses, without the express written consent of the London Knights. The London Knights must be contacted for any use of tickets for promotional purposes.
Cancelled/Postponed Games
If a scheduled game is not played, or due to limited capacity restrictions fans are unable to attend, a credit will be applied to your season ticket account for the value of that game.
This credit can be used for future ticket purchases, including post season, and season ticket renewals.
If the game is postponed, your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date, and no further compensation will be provided.
Game date, time and opponent can be changed without notice. We will use our resources within reason to notify all ticket purchasers of any changes. Please ensure the contact information on your account is up to date.
Membership Cancellation
To cancel your membership, a cancellation form must be completed by the primary person(s) on the account. Until that time you will remain listed as a season ticket member. Any amounts paid prior to this time will not be refunded. You will receive first right of refusal to renew your season membership until a cancellation form is completed.
Post Season (Playoff) Access
As season ticket holder you receive first right of refusal for your current seats for the OHL Championship playoff games (excluding the Memorial Cup), which are played at home at Budweiser Gardens. Purchasing playoff tickets has no bearing on your status as a season ticket holder moving forward. We offer a full playoff package, as well as purchasing your tickets on a round by round basis.
Information regarding playoff purchases will be available in January/February. Specific deadlines to purchase your seats will be available at this time.
Seat Relocation – Single Game
Due to CHL regulations, your seats may not be available for specific games (national TV broadcasts) In this situation, we will provide alternate comparable seats for you to attend the game. Please note this would only be provided for a single game where your seats are required.
Any violations of these ‘rules’ will result in the forfeiture of your season ticket membership. Any amounts paid to this time, will not be refunded.
London Knights Armoury
The official team store The Armoury presented by 519 Clothing, is open during every home game from the concourse. Visit us Monday through Friday 10am- 5pm. During the hockey season we are also open Saturday 10am- 2pm. We are located inside Budweiser Gardens with an entrance off of Talbot St.
Merchandise Discounts
As a season ticket holder, you receive a 15% discount on all regular priced merchandise at the London Knights Armoury and kiosk locations. Only the primary season ticket holder listed on the account receives this discount, as it is non-transferable. To receive the discount, please show your ticket prior to payment, as transactions cannot be adjusted after payment has been processed.
LONDON KNIGHTS ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION AND POLICY
Ticketing Information
Patrons are permitted to purchase two (2) accessible seats for each game, based on availability. For each ticket purchased by a patron who requires an accessible seat, an additional ticket can be purchased for a companion. Should additional tickets be required for additional assistance, accommodations will be made for these requests, based on availability.
Each patron who enters the premises for a game will require a ticket for entry.
Tickets can be purchased in person at the London Knights Armoury (which is located inside Budweiser Gardens), with accessible entrance through Gate 1 (off of King St), or over the phone at 519-681-0800 ext 1. Hours of operation are HERE.
For patrons who require accessible seating who arrive at the game with regular seating tickets, we will do our best to accommodate you in any available accessible seating. Should none be available we will do our best to make alternate seating arrangements.
Accessible Seating Locations
Accessible seating is available on each level in the arena. Please see designated areas below:
100 level: sections 106 and 115
200 level: sections 207, 208 and 217
300 level: sections 304
Elevators to access level 200 and 300 areas can be found inside Gate 6 and Gate 4. Escalators are also available inside Gate 4 and behind section 109/110 just to the right of Gate 1.
Service Animals
All service animals are permitted in the London Knights Armoury. For all games they are permitted inside the building. Please let a customer service representative know if you require alternate seating to accommodate a service animal.
Purchasing Tickets and Merchandise
Both tickets and merchandise are available for purchase during regular business hours (Monday – Friday 10am -5pm) at the London Knights Armoury. It is located inside the Budweiser Gardens with an entrance off of Talbot St. There are stairs at this entrance. For accessible access to the London Knights Armoury, please enter through the Gate 1 Box Office.
On game days, tickets can also be purchased at Gate 1. This gate is open 2 hours prior to puck drop, and stays open until the end of the 1st intermission.
During games, merchandise purchases can be made at the London Knights Armoury. The Armoury entrance is located on the main concourse.
Assistive Devices
If you require a walker or wheelchair to be stored during a game, please visit the Guest Services desk located inside Gate 1. Items can be stored for the duration of the game.
If you require a wheelchair escort to your seat, accommodations can be made by visiting the Guest Services desk at Gate 1.
Accessible Parking
Budweiser Gardens offers accessible parking in the South Lot off of King Street. There are twelve (12) spots available for every event. It is filled on a first come first served basis. It is recommended to arrive early to secure parking. The parking lot is close to Gate 1, 2 and 6 for entry.
