SCHREMP NAMED TO TEAM USA

London, ON: London Knights Center Rob Schremp was named to Team USA today for the upcoming 2006 World Junior Hockey Championships to be played in Vancouver, British Columbia. Schremp, 19 was a member of the 2005 US National Junior Team which took part in the 2005 World Juniors in North Dakota.

rSchremp is currently is 2nd in the Ontario Hockey League with 27 Goals and 40 Assists for 67 points in 22 games. The 6.00 185 pound center was drafted by the Edmonton Oilers in the 1st Round ( 25th overall ) at the 2004 NHL Draft and was signed in early October 2005 by the Oilers. He is a native of Fulton, New York . Schremp will be joined on Team USA by Owen Sound Attack Center Bobby Ryan.
