LONDON AND HAMILTON COMPLETE TRADE

The London Knights have announced that the team has acquired forward, Connor McMichael and priority selections, in exchange for forward, Robert Thomas.

“Robert has been a tremendous leader for our organization and has been a true ambassador for the London Knights,” said Knights General Manager, Rob Simpson.  “He represents all of the ideals that we value in London; work ethic, passion, dedication, and leadership.  We would like to thank Robert for all he has done for our organization, both on and off the ice.  We wish him the best for years to come.”

Connor McMichael, from Ajax, Ontario, was Hamilton’s first round selection in the 2017 OHL Priority Selection, 11^th overall.  The highly skilled forward has had a strong start to his OHL career, netting five goals, and a total of 10 points.  The smooth skating forward will wear #11 for the Knights.

“We’re very excited to bring in Connor to help build for a very competitive future,” continued Simpson.  “Connor is a very smart, and defensively responsible forward who we look forward to seeing develop for years to come.”
