ARRIVAL OF THE CUP CEREMONY PRESENTED BY BMO
The 2014 MasterCard Memorial Cup London Host Committee is excited to announce the details for the Arrival of the Cup Ceremony presented by BMO that will take place Thursday, May 15th beginning at 1pm. The Parade will highlight London’s Military presence and historical landmarks throughout the city.
The Memorial Cup will land in London just inside Wolseley Barracks by way of a Military Helicopter at 1pm. From Wolseley Barracks, the Memorial Cup will be transported via rolling motorcade to London’s historic Victoria Park and the Cenotaph to honour our fallen soldiers. From Victoria Park, the Memorial Cup will be transported by the historic Budweiser Clydesdales and London’s own 1st Hussars to FanFest (Covent Garden Market Square/Talbot Street), where it will join the official opening of the 2014 MasterCard Memorial Cup.
Please note that the first stop at Wolseley Barracks will be closed to the general public due to security reasons but we encourage all fans to congregate at Victoria Park or FanFest or to join us along the way to take in all of the action.

| 1:00pm | Memorial Cup lands in London via Military Helicopter and is transported to awaiting G Wagon |
| 1:15-1:35pm | Speakers welcome the Memorial Cup in Wolseley Barracks |
| 1:40-2:05pm | Memorial Cup leaves Wolseley Barracks and travels to Victoria Park via rolling motorcade |
| 2:05-2:15pm | Memorial Cup is piped through NW corner of Victoria Park to SE corner where Cenotaph is located |
| 2:15-2:30pm | Cenotaph Ceremony – 2 readings by local public schools and a moment of silence |
| 2:30-2:35pm | Memorial Cup is transferred to awaiting Budweiser Clydesdales and 1st Hussars |
| 2:35-3:00pm | Memorial Cup is transported to FanFest |
| 3:00pm | Memorial Cup arrives at FanFest with speakers to kick off event |
