6 KNIGHTS TO PLAY IN OLYMPICS
The London Knights are proud to announce that six Knights Alumni will be representing their respective countries in the upcoming 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia.
Team Canada:
- Rick Nash (New York Rangers)
- Corey Perry (Anaheim Ducks)
- John Tavares (New York Islanders)
Team USA:
- John Carlson (Washington Capitals)
- Patrick Kane (Chicago Blackhawks)
Team Finland:
- Olli Maatta (Pittsburgh Penguins)
You can watch all Olympic hockey games from February 12th to February 23rd on CBC. Tune in on Thursday, February 13th to watch all three countries play their first preliminary games:
3:00am EST: Finland vs Austria
7:30am EST: USA vs Slovakia
12:30pm EST: Canada vs Norway
The bronze medal match will take place on Saturday, February 22nd at 10:00am EST, while the gold medal game will be played at 7:00am on February 23rd. Good luck to our Olympians!
