50/50 Applications are now open for the 2025-2026 season.

The London Knights Alumni Foundation are proud to be able to support the community through various social and financial programs. With the new 50/50 program put into place, the Foundation look to be able to contribute more to organizations throughout the London area. For consideration for this program, please fill out the form below.

Due to the overwhelming demand for this program, the London Knights Alumni Foundation will review each application, but may only be in contact with specific groups. If your program meets the criteria for donation, a representative may be in touch for more information.

Letter must demonstrate the ideals of the organization, the support programs/initiatives run by the organization, what the funds would be used for, and who it would benefit. Any letter must be provided on official organizational letterhead.
