Rowan Henderson

A native of Wellesley, Henderson developed with the Waterloo Wolves AAA program from U14 through U18. In 2022-23 with the U16 team, he registered eight goals and 15 assists for 23 points in 32 games, helping guide his team to the Alliance U16 Championship. The following season, Henderson built on that success at the U18 level, recording 32 points (eight goals and 24 assists) in 35 games and once again captured an Alliance Championship, this time at the U18 level.

Drafted 12th overall in the first round of the 2024 OHL Under-18 Priority Selection, Henderson immediately cracked the Wolves lineup for the 2024-25 season. The rookie forward made a strong impression, posting 24 points (11 goals and 13 assists) in 66 games while earning praise from both the coaching staff and Wolves fans alike. Henderson's hard work ethic and defensive prowess earned him an award for the club's Best Defensive Player. The 2025-26 campaign will be Henderson's NHL draft eligible season.
