“It’s always a special time of the year when you get to see the next group of players get to fulfill a lifelong dream. Beau and Hunter have had to work extremely hard, on and off the ice for this. It wasn’t easy throughout the 2020-21 shutdown and the obstacles of this past season. It’s going to be great to watch them this coming week and the entire Barrie Colts organization will be proud” Commented Assistant General Manager, Rob Stewart
The NHL Draft opens up on Thursday, July 7th with the 1st Round starting off at 7 pm ET. The host Montreal Canadiens are set to select 1st Overall. Day two of the draft gets going at 11 am ET with Rounds 2-7.
