Richard Létourneau elected President of the Board of Members

Following a vote held today during the Assembly of Members, a new President of the Board was elected. Richard Létourneau (Chicoutimi) was named as President, replacing outgoing President Ronald Thibault (Sherbrooke).  Also, Halifax Mooseheads majority owner Bobby Smith was voted to the Executive Committee. He will be the acting Second Vice President.

Completing the Executive Committee are Charles Pellerin of the Victoriaville Tigres (First Vice President), Alex Tanguay of the Rimouski Océanic (Secretary) and Justin Darchen of the Shawinigan Cataractes (Treasurer).  

“I would like to sincerely thank Ronald Thibault for his time and dedication during his tenure as President of the Board of Members. His passion was contagious and he more than met the expectations for the role,” shared QMJHL Commissioner Gilles Courteau.
