Titan Notes:
The Titan continue the weekend schedule with their second game in a row against the Wildcats, this time on the road in the Hub City. Acadie-Bathurst defeated Moncton 5-1 last night at the K.C. Irving Regional Centre.
They’ll be without some key players this afternoon as forwards Felix Lafrance and Hendrix Lapierre did not make the trip, both day-to-day with injuries. Jacob Melanson will be serving the last game of his four game suspension.
Wildcats Notes:
Following last night’s loss to the Titan, the Wildcats sit seventh in the Eastern conference and fifth in the Maritimes division. Despite their recent struggles, Moncton was able to pick up a 1-0 victory over the Charlottetown Islanders last Sunday.
Defencemen Jaxon Bellamy, Anthony Hamel, Charles-Antoine Pilote, as well as forwards Thomas Auger and Nathan Casey were all listed as injured or sick for last night’s game. It is unclear whether any of those players will be back in the lineup today.
