SEA DOGS TRADE LEBLANC TO ARMADA
SAINT JOHN – The Saint John Sea Dogs have traded forward Samuel Leblanc to the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada in exchange for a 2018 sixth-round draft pick.
Leblanc, 18, had two goals in 19 games in his second season with the Sea Dogs. The Dieppe-native posted seven goals and 14 points last season as part of the Sea Dogs 2017 President Cup championship team. He was selected by Saint John in the thirteenth round (226th overall) of the 2015 QMJHL Entry Draft.
