Rocket Stats Update
Rocket Captain Josh Currie is continuing with his great season so far. Currently, Currie is still sitting atop the league’s Top Scorers list, in a tight race, with an even split of 23 goals and 23 assists for a total of 46 points. Ben Duffy is in a four-way tie for second place on the same list with 44 points. To view the official list, click here.

Overall, the Rocket is currently sitting in 3rd place in the Maritimes division. The tight race for the division’s 2nd, 3rd and 4th place spots are all separated by two points. So, nearing the midway point of the season, the Rocket are looking forward to putting more points up and continuing their solid performance heading into the Christmas holidays. Fans will surely have something to cheer for with the Rocket’s upcoming Christmas Celebration Weekend & the announcement of 5 & 10 game packs going on sale.
Saturday, December 1st the Rocket play the Victoriaville Tigres at 7PM. There will be free pre-game munchies, drink specials all night and Vintage 2.0 will be playing in the lounge before, during intermission and after the game. Also, throughout the evening, there will be 6 extra prize draws from your 50/50 tickets, for a total of nine 50/50 prizes available to be won!
Sunday, December 2nd has the Rocket hosting the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles at 3PM. There will be a great pre-game party for the kids with an inflatable bouncy house, plasma cars, face painting, pictures with Santa and Tomahawk, players signing autographs and free popcorn.
Also, on Sunday, the annual RCMP/City Police Teddy Bear Toss is happening. Don’t forget to take a teddy bear to throw onto the ice after we score our first goal.
In the spirit of giving, we are offering a free youth ticket (12 and under) for every adult or senior ticket purchased at regular price. Season ticket holders can take advantage of this by simply showing your Rocket Card at the box office.
