CHL and MeiGray SUBWAY Super Series Game-Worn Jersey Auctions
The Canadian Hockey League and MeiGray are pleased to announce that Team OHL game-worn jerseys from the 2009 SUBWAY Super Series are now available via online auction to the highest bidder until Tuesday December 29, 2009 at 9:00 pm Eastern.

Game-worn jerseys from both Team QMJHL and Team WHL during the 2009 SUBWAY Super Series have also been made available this month.

Team OHL won both games of the Ontario leg of the 2009 SUBWAY Super Series by scores of 5-2 in Barrie on November 19th and in Windsor on November 23rd.

The Team OHL section of the auction offers 24 game-worn jerseys including the number 6 jersey worn by Team OHL Captain Ryan Ellis and the number 19 jersey worn by Assistant Captain Stefan Della Rovere. Ellis and Della Rovere won gold with Team Canada at the 2009 World Junior Hockey Championships. Their jerseys are joined by five fellow OHL players competing this season for Team Canada including Taylor Hall, Adam Henrique, Greg Nemisz, Nazem Kadri, and Calvin de Haan who will look to win a record sixth straight gold medal for Canada at the 2010 World Junior Hockey Championships in Saskatoon and Regina, SK.

This is the industry-accepted system that security tags and individually numbers every jersey available through the CHL-MGG partnership. They have sold more than 25,000 hockey jerseys across the globe.
