Flames sign Chiefs’ Harrington to entry-level deal

Chase Harrington of the Spokane Chiefs has signed a three-year entry-level contract with the Calgary Flames.
A native of Prince George, B.C., Harrington has played in three full WHL seasons and is coming off a season where he had a career-high 28 goals and 57 points. In 195 WHL games, Harrington has scored 54 goals and added 79 assists to go along with eight goals and 11 assists in 29 playoff games.
On the international stage, Harrington represented Canada Red at the 2023 U17 World Hockey Challenge, where he scored three goals in seven games.
He was selected by the Flames in the second round, 36th overall, of the 2026 NHL Entry Draft.
