CHL Playoff Notebook: April 23, 2019
A busy night on the Canadian Hockey League calendar saw four games in action:
Quebec Major Junior Hockey League
The Rouyn-Noranda Huskies pushed the Rimouski Oceanic to the brink of elimination following a 5-2 victory in Game 3 in which left-wing Joel Teasdale led the way with a trio of assists. The Huskies will now go for back-to-back road wins and the series sweep Wednesday.

Halifax Mooseheads centre Keith Getson notched his sixth goal of the postseason midway through the opening frame of Game 3 versus the Drummondville Voltigeurs, which would stand as the game winner in a tidy 2-1 victory. The Mooseheads will now look to push their series lead to 3-1 on home ice Wednesday.
Western Hockey League
Jake McGrew played the overtime hero as the Spokane Chiefs pulled within one of the Vancouver Giants thanks to a 3-2 win in Game 3. The Chiefs will now look to even the series Wednesday on home ice.

The Edmonton Oil Kings stunned the Prince Albert Raiders with a 5-1 victory that saw captain Trey Fix-Wolansky lead the way with three assists. The series resumes Wednesday for Game 4 when the Oil Kings will look to push the opposition to the brink of elimination.
Ontario Hockey League
The third round of OHL playoff action continues Wednesday when the Guelph Storm will look for their second-straight home win to even the Western Conference Final versus the Saginaw Spirit through four games, while the Ottawa 67’s hope to keep their unbeaten streak alive as they go for their third-straight sweep with a four-game ousting of the Oshawa Generals.
