HAWRYLUK NETS CAREER-HIGH FIVE GOALS AS WHEAT KINGS STOMP BLADES
Jayce Hawryluk continued his rampage on the score-sheet as he recorded a career-high five goals to lead the Brandon Wheat Kings to a dominating 12-2 win over the Saskatoon Blades. Hawryluk also tallied a plus-7 rating and also an assist to earn first star honours. John Quenneville scored a pair of goals and registered two assists while Nolan Patrick finished with five points (1g-4a) with a plus-6 rating.

The Kamloops Blazers blanked the Spokane Chiefs by a score of 5-0 on Wednesday night. Blazers goaltender Connor Ingram stopped all 27 shots he faced to gather the shutout and claim first star mentions. Forward Matt Revel scored his 19th goal of the season at the 14:57 mark of the second period.

The Lethbridge Hurricanes scored four times in the second period to beat the Moose Jaw Warriors 5-1 on the road. Hurricanes forward Cory Millette scored a power play marker, an even-strength goal and a short-handed tally to record the hat-trick. Lethbridge outshot Moose Jaw 45-36 and went 1/5 on the power play while Moose Jaw capitalized once in four chances.

The Prince George Cougars did just enough to knock off the Vancouver Giants 2-1 and eliminate the Giants from playoff contention. Cougars goaltender Nick McBride turned aside 24 shots to post the win and Jansen Harkins scored his 21st goal of the season on a Prince George power play midway through the third period which stood as the game winner.

Cole Sanford lit the lamp three times to get the hat-trick and lead the Regina Pats to a 5-3 win over the Kootenay ICE. Pats team captain Adam Brooks tallied three assists and a plus-2 rating to extend his point total to 107, good enough for first in the League.
