WHL LAUNCHES ONLINE STORE

Calgary, AB – The Western Hockey League (WHL) officially launched their new online store, “WHL Shop” (shop.whl.ca), today. For the first time, WHL fans will be able to purchase the same gear the players wear exclusively at shop.whl.ca.

“Based on research we have conducted with our fan base, there is considerable demand for WHL-branded merchandise”, stated WHL Commissioner Ron Robison. “The WHL online store will provide a source for our fans and those associated directly with the League, the opportunity to access a selection of WHL merchandise”

Fans are encouraged to visit shop.whl.ca throughout the season for new products, special promotions, and holiday specials. Also be sure to come back often to check out our jersey campaign. Throughout the season fans will have the opportunity to purchase retro team jerseys, practice jerseys and autographed jerseys.

“We are happy to see this initiative come to fruition”, remarked WHL Director of Marketing Alyson Chambers. “It’s a great opportunity for our fans, officials, scouts, etc. to wear our brand.”

WHL Shop is available to fans everywhere, with worldwide shipping, and accepts all major credit cards and Pay Pal.
