TIGERS TRADE SKRUDLANDMedicine Hat, AB – Medicine Hat Tigers announced this evening they have traded forward Scott Skrudland to the Kamloops Blazers. Skrudland, 17, from Winnipeg, MB moves to the Blazers in exchange for a fifth round pick in the 2006 WHL bantam draft.

rICE DEAL PRICE TO BRONCOS — Jeff Chynoweth, General Manager of the Kootenay ICE, today announced the club has traded 20-year-old Defenseman Derek Price (pictured) to the Swift Current Broncos in exchange for a fourth round pick in the 2006 WHL Bantam Draft. With today’s transaction the ICE are now down to the WHL limit of three 20-year-old players (Casey Lee, Dale Mahovsky, Adam Cracknell) for the 2005-2006 season.

rRED DEER, AB – The Red Deer Rebels Hockey Club announced today that they acquired forward Justin Scott from the Moose Jaw Warriors in exchange for prospect forward Jordan Oystrick and a 5th round pick in the 2006 Western Hockey League Bantam Draft.

rJordan Oystrick, 16, is currently playing with the ‘AAA’ midget team in North Battleford, Saskatchewan.
